Brown beef aggressively in 2 or 3 batches, adding more oil if needed. I didn't put any corn in because it seemed out of place and the potatoes took a little longer to get tender than the recipe says. Possibly cut the meat smaller. Info. Super easy and versatile.

Or you could do the whole recipe in a slow cooker and cook for 7 hours.
