I sent my i-mate SP3i to this company back in July for repairs under warranty, which expired in September; even though it was sent by recorded delivery, they only confirmed receipt a week before the end of the warranty period. They sent me pictures of the water damage which I am 100% positive isn't my tablet.

I sent my phone to the repair centre after advice from Sony, because I was having problems with the headphone socket. I was adviced to call next week which I did and was informed that it was still under repair. It now works perfectly.
I know I wont have my phone back on time for me going away but I will certainly look into taking legal action against them

As such, SBE can perform any type of warranty or non-warranty repairs, including network/connectivity problems, audio/mic/earpiece faults, no power up (phone dead), battery/power/battery life issues, screen/display issues, broken displays and LCD replacements, charging socket repairs, SIM tray repairs, etc. I also sent 2-3 e-mails but had no reply. Gave them a call and still no response. Take my advice stau away from these bandits and get your phome fixed locally.

We’re open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (GMT+1), except Bank Holidays. However my phone was repaired within 4 days and it was fixed under warranty. And then they cut you off.

It's a nightmare!
Obviously it had jist been laying in their warehouse all that time because it certainly does not take a courier 2 weeks to send a phone off to its destination.

The phone line was 10p a minute and they put you on hold for 10 minutes at the start of the call. I called a week later and the lady told me that the fault was not under the warranty because it not a manufacture error and I have to pay for it. SBE is fully accredited to perform warranty repairs on behalf of manufacturers and uses only genuine spare parts, and manufacturer tools, processes and procedures to carry out the repairs. It was fast, and my Samsung came back fixed and well packaged. sent my phone to get fixed I phoned them to see if it had been fixed it took 6 attempts to get through on hold for 20 mins each time then I was cut off ( 10p a min ) .
